SOLUTION: BRIDGE AND CIVIL NON LINEARITIES: Bridge model loads

n

ai

Notes

- This command must be included in the loop of vehicle definition, the beginning of which is carried out with the ~BLVST command and ends with the ~BLVEND command.

- The command ~BLVA (as the ~BLVB and ~BLVD) can be applied in consecutive lines. In this case the consecutive lines should have the first argument blank.

~BLVA, 5, 3.25, 5.75, 6.12

~BLVA,, 7.21

~BLVA,, 8.19

- CivilFEM reads the arguments ai in the ~BLVA command, until finding a zero or a blank.

- If a command ~BLVA or ~BLVB is repeated with the fields n or m different than zero, the previous values of ai or bi are deleted. In addition the Pij loads already introduced with the ~BLVD command are also deleted.
