Notes

- This command provides a simple tool to predesign and estimate the required reinforcement for section without defining elements, cross sections or materials of the model. This command may be used at any time and in any processor.

- This command predesigns a rectangular section defined by parameters and returns the total area of the lower and upper reinforcement; these values will be stored in a vector indicated by the user.

- The reinforcement amounts obtained are estimated values and do not depend on a selected building code. These values may not fulfill certain safety standards.

- All these values must be supplied in user units.
