Draws the checking results according to British Standard 5950-2001 at section level

POST1: Steel Checking

Lab

Label identifying the entity type to be drawn.

BEAM	Beam elements
SOLSEC	Solid sections

NUM

Number of entity to be drawn. NUM values depend on values assigned to Lab:

Lab	NUM	Description
BEAM	N	Number of beam element
SOLSEC	N	Number of solid section

KeyIJ

Beam element end for which it is to be drawn. It’s ignored for solid sections.

I	I section
J	J section

Notes

- The section characteristics and properties are valid for gross, net and effective section; for the both ends I and J and refereed to CivilFEM axis, section axis or to BS5950 axis.

- There are two types of available information:

1.    Information referred to the gross, net and effective section: area, moments of inertia, section modulus, radius of gyration, gravity center and shear center position.

2.    Information referred to each one of the plates: Plate type (web or flange), constraint conditions at the extremes (fixed or free), vertices coordinates and thickness, plate class and reduction factors.

- Command ~GRCSBS can be used to export the plotted results to a graphics file.
