Modifies Shell Properties of the elements of a meshed area to have the specified variable thickness

KP1

Keypoint on corner I of the area.

KP2

Keypoint on corner J of the area.

KP3

Keypoint on corner K of the area.

Keypoint on corner L of the area.

SHVERT1

Shell Vertex for KP1.

SHVERT2

Shell Vertex for KP2.

SHVERT3

Shell Vertex for KP3.

SHVERT4

Shell Vertex for KP4.

Notes

-  This command works on any area defined by three or four keypoints. It can have straight or curved sides.

-  SHVERT1 to SHVERT4 must already be defined.

-  New Shell Vertex and Beam & Shell Properties will be created to match the ones needed at each point.

-  Thickness throughout the area will be interpolated from the four given Shell Vertex. Other properties (material, reinforcement amounts, etc.) will be assigned constant at each of the sectors defined by the corners.

-  One component of elements will be created for each of the sectors defined by the corners, as shown in the following figure.
