Moves the division lines of the cross section in slab cross-section bridges

Notes

- These sections will be created automatically, according to the following criteria:

1. A section will be created between 2 holes.
2. At least one division will be created between the end holes and the section edge.
3. In sections type TV, PS and PA one division will be placed at all points of slope change in the cross section lateral edges if these divisions do not cross any holes.
4. The divisions in the extreme cross section with a higher number will give us the other extreme number.

- The division lines are identified by a sequence number from left to right of the cross section.

- The system will check that the displaced line does not cross a hole and is not placed out of the cross section.
