Check a concrete beam subjected to Bending + Axial force according to ITER Structural Design Code for Buildings

A fixed beam which has a rectangular reinforced concrete section is subjected to an axial compression force of 1875 kN and a bending moment of 280 kN*m.
The aim of the example is to obtain the check criterion according to ITER Structural Design Code for Buildings.
The example is based on "DESIGNERS' HANDBOOK TO ITER", BEEBY AND NARAYANAN, 1995, PAGE 68, EX.5.3
