Bending check according to AISC15 - PLATE GIRDER

A built-up plate girder is subjected to a bending moment.
The plate girder is simply supported and is laterally braced at quarter and end points. The beam is ASTM A572 Grade 50 material. The aim of the example is to obtain the Available Flexural Strength according to AISC15 (LRFD/ASD). REFERENCE: Volume 1: Design Examples Version 15.1 EXAMPLE F.15 PLATE GIRDER FLEXURAL MEMBER
