Bending check according to AISC15 - COMPACT CHANNEL BRACED AT ENDS AND FIFTH POINTS

A C channel beam is subjected to a bending moment.
The beam is simply supported and braced at the ends and fifth points. The beam is ASTM A36 material. The aim of the example is to obtain the Available Flexural Strength according to AISC15 (LRFD/ASD).
