CFVR4009 - Reinforced concrete checking according to GB 50010 chinese code

Combined shear & torsion checking.

A concrete cantilever beam with rectangular shape section and shear & torsion reinforcement is subjected to a vertical load and torsion moment at free end.
Determine the total criterion according to GB 50010.
