Design a reinforced concrete beam subjected to Bending + Axial force according to ACI 318 2019

A fixed beam which has a I reinforced concrete section is subjected to a bending moment of 250 ft-kips.
The aim of the example is to obtain the necessary steel amount according to ACI 318 2019.
